About This Project
Located in Chester Springs, this homeowner had a completely unfinished basement space that was just screaming to be renovated so the family could enjoy the space for years to come. Craftsworth Construction (CWC) sat down with the clients and determined their needs for the space, provided a project plan that detailed each area of the basement and then our construction team got to work!
The basement features a new half bathroom, cozy wet bar area with quartz tops, tile backsplash and wood shelves. We installed LVP flooring in the entire space, and upon request created a unique hidden door that is meant to be a bookcase but actually opens up and leads into the unfinished storage area!
Another part of the project involved replacing the handrails on the stairs with some tricky twists and turns to it!
