About this Project
This client needed to create more space in their home, and they achieved this by expanding their living space into their existing 1-car garage. The entire garage floor was removed, all new plumbing installed, a new foundation and footings installed, hot water radiant heat was added, a new French door to the exterior, custom bay window, engineered hardwood flooring, custom cabinets, and quartz counter tops.
